Tell us how the room is used and what you would like to change. We can then discuss the proposed work, practical constraints and the next appropriate step. The scope and timing are explained before an appointment is agreed.

From first call to final check
Good work follows a clear process.
- 1
Call or text
Describe what you are seeing. We book a time that suits you and confirm it by text.
- 2
Find the fault
We test the circuit, find the cause and explain it in plain words.
- 3
Price, then work
You get the price for the fix before we start. Say no, and you only pay for the visit.
- 4
Test and tidy
We test everything we touched, label the panel and clean up after ourselves.
Working through the job
Make the brief useful.

Before you call
- What does a service call cost?
- $95, which covers the trip and the first half hour of finding the fault. If you go ahead with the repair, it comes off the bill.
- Do I need a new panel for an EV charger?
- Often not. We do a load check on your panel first, and plenty of homes add a charger without an upgrade.
- Will you pull the permit?
- Yes, whenever the work needs one. We file it, book the inspection and meet the inspector.
- Do you work on older homes?
- All the time. Fuse boxes, two-prong outlets and old cloth wiring are a normal week for us.
