The kitchen
We cook what the farms bring us that week. When it runs out, the menu changes.
The menu is written on Tuesday, after the deliveries arrive, and most of it is grown within an hour of the dining room.
There is no à la carte. Tell us what you do not eat when you book and we will cook around it.
Private dinners
Book the whole room for your evening.
On Sundays and Mondays, Tamarack can be yours: up to twenty-four guests, a menu written for the occasion and wine to match.
Before you book
How long is dinner?
Plan on about two and a half hours. We seat tables between 5pm and 8pm.
Can you cook around allergies?
Yes. Tell us when you book and the kitchen will adjust each course. A fully vegetarian menu needs 48 hours' notice.
Is there a dress code?
No. Wear whatever feels like a night out.
What if I need to cancel?
We hold tables with a card. Cancel 48 hours ahead and there is no charge. After that, it is $50 per guest.

Street parking on Bridge Street, and the town lot is a two-minute walk. The dining room is step-free from the front door.
