Home comfort

Where would you like to start?

A practical description helps us understand the concern.

  1. Heating questions

Talk through a change in comfort or the way the heating is operating.

  2. Cooling questions

Describe the rooms, temperatures and times that have caught your attention.

  3. Equipment planning

Discuss options and practical considerations when reviewing a system.

A comfort conversation

Tell us about the room.

Is one room warmer than the others? Has something changed when the system starts? Useful details help shape the first conversation. We discuss the concern, the current equipment and the next appropriate step before arranging work.

From your call to a working system

  1. 1

    You call, we listen

Tell us what the system is doing. We book a time that suits you and text when the tech is on the way.

  2. 2

    We find the problem

The tech tests the system and shows you what failed, with photos if it is up in the attic.

  3. 3

    You choose

You get the repair price. A replacement price only comes up if a repair truly doesn't make sense.

  4. 4

We fix it and check it

We make the repair, run a full cycle and check temperatures before we leave.

Questions we hear every week

Should I repair or replace my system?
If it is under about ten years old and the repair is modest, repair it. When replacing is worth a thought, we give you both numbers and you decide.
How often do I need a tune-up?
Once a year per system: the furnace in fall, the AC in spring. A heat pump does both jobs, so once a year in spring.
Which brands do you work on?
All the common ones, old and new. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you how long it will take before you agree to anything.
What if it breaks after hours?
Call the main number. After hours it rings the tech on call, who tells you the after-hours rate before coming out.
