From your call to a working system

  1. 1

    You call, we listen

Tell us what the system is doing. We book a time that suits you and text when the tech is on the way.

  2. 2

    We find the problem

The tech tests the system and shows you what failed, with photos if it is up in the attic.

  3. 3

    You choose

You get the repair price. A replacement price only comes up if a repair truly doesn't make sense.

  4. 4

We fix it and check it

We make the repair, run a full cycle and check temperatures before we leave.

Building support

Start with the building.

Describe the space and the support you are looking for.

Service visits

A focused conversation about equipment, access and the reported concern.

Maintenance planning

Discuss a suitable schedule and the scope of routine attention.

System review

Explore practical considerations when equipment needs reviewing.

Working around your day

Work around the working day.

A service visit affects the people using a building. We discuss access, occupancy and the concern you have noticed before agreeing the next step. Clear information about the existing equipment and site arrangements helps make the visit useful.

Questions we hear every week

Should I repair or replace my system?
If it is under about ten years old and the repair is modest, repair it. When replacing is worth a thought, we give you both numbers and you decide.
How often do I need a tune-up?
Once a year per system: the furnace in fall, the AC in spring. A heat pump does both jobs, so once a year in spring.
Which brands do you work on?
All the common ones, old and new. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you how long it will take before you agree to anything.
What if it breaks after hours?
Call the main number. After hours it rings the tech on call, who tells you the after-hours rate before coming out.

Tell us how the building is used.
