- Yes, the first call is free. A full one-hour consultation is $150, and it comes off your bill if you hire us.
- Can you tell me whether I will win?
- No honest lawyer can promise an outcome. We will explain your realistic options, the risks of each and what we would do in your position.
- How are your fees structured?
- Wills, powers of attorney and home closings are flat fees. Other matters are billed hourly, with a written estimate up front and a call before we go over it.
- Can we meet outside office hours?
- Yes. We hold evening appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and most meetings can happen by video.
