Hot drinks travel well. Chilaquiles are best eaten here while the chips still have texture.

Amanecer is built around a warm breakfast and a welcome at the counter. Salsa is spooned over chips close to serving, eggs are cooked to order and coffee can arrive before you have chosen.
Ask for salsa on the side if you prefer to add it yourself.

Do you serve breakfast all day?
Breakfast is served throughout the opening hours listed below. The kitchen does not reopen for dinner.
Can I have a dairy-free plate?
Ask for crema and cheese to be omitted, then check the remaining ingredients and shared preparation with the team.
Is the salsa spicy?
Heat varies by salsa. Ask for a taste or have it served separately.
