- 3

A repair starts with an explanation.
A wet patch can have more than one cause. We trace what is accessible, explain the limits of that inspection and agree any further opening-up separately.
The proposed repair identifies the affected fittings, materials and access arrangements. Unexpected work is discussed before the scope changes.
A few practical details.
- Can you quote from a photo?
- A photo helps prepare. Concealed pipework and uncertain causes usually need an assessment.
- Who handles making-good?
- Any wall, floor or decorative repairs are identified separately in the proposal.
- What if you find another problem?
- We explain it and seek approval for a revised scope. It is not added silently.
Start with the symptoms.
