Roofing / repairs / planned work

Look after what is overhead.

Clear advice about the roof, the signs you have noticed and the next practical step.

Roofing support

Give the concern a starting point.

Describe the issue without needing to know its technical name.

  1. A reported leak

Discuss where the signs appear and arrange an appropriate assessment.

  2. Roof details

Review a concern around edges, junctions or visible damage.

  3. Planned roof work

Talk through scope, materials and timing for a larger project.

From first call to final cleanup

  1. 1

    We inspect

We go up, check every slope and the attic, and take photos you can keep.

  2. 2

    You get it in writing

Within two working days: the price, the materials and a start date. No pressure to sign on the spot.

  3. 3

    We do the work

Tarps over your plants, old roof off, new roof on, and the driveway clear by the end of each day.

  4. 4

    Cleanup and walk-through

A magnetic sweep of the lawn and beds for nails, then we walk the job with you before we invoice.

Assessing the roof

A useful first conversation starts below the roof.

Tell us what you have noticed, when it happens and whether any work has been done recently. Photographs can help with an initial discussion where safe to take. We explain the assessment and proposed work before a decision is made.

Questions homeowners ask

Do I need a new roof, or can you repair it?
Most roofs we look at need a repair, not a replacement. We show you the photos and tell you which yours is.
Will you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We meet the adjuster on the roof and share our photos and measurements. The claim itself stays between you and your insurer.
How long does a replacement take?
One to two days for most houses, longer for steep or complicated roofs. If weather moves your start date, we call you.
What about all the nails?
We run a magnetic sweeper over the lawn, beds and driveway at the end of every day, not just the last one.

Tell us what you noticed.
