The consultation
How long do you spend getting ready? What does your hair do in the rain? These are useful questions. We shape the appointment around your texture, routine and the changes you would like to make, then explain how to keep the result feeling good.
For balayage or a big change, yes. It is free, takes 15 minutes, and we do a strand test if your hair has been colored before.
Plan on three to four hours, including toner and a blow-dry. Bring a book, and tell us if you need a break.
Yes. Come in with your hair dry and styled as usual so we can see your curl pattern before we cut.
Please give us 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged half the service price.
