Tattoo artist working on a design

Drawing / placement / tattoo

A mark with something to say.

A collaborative tattoo process, from a first reference to the details of the finished design.

The idea
Bring references and questions
The placement
Discuss scale and the way it sits

How it works

From reference to appointment

  1. 1

    Share the idea

Email the idea, placement, approximate size and any visual references.

  2. 2

    Talk through the drawing

Discuss the design direction, practical details and questions before booking.

  3. 3

    Confirm the session

Agree the drawing, timing, price and preparation information together.

Projects

Choose the shape of the project.

Every project begins with a conversation about the design and its practical details.

  1. Custom design

Develop an original drawing around a clear brief and chosen placement.

  2. Flash selection

Discuss an available studio design and how it could work for you.

  3. Project consultation

Talk through a larger idea, its stages and the questions that need answering.

The drawing process

Start with what matters to you.

A useful reference can be a drawing, a texture or a few words. We talk through the idea, placement and scale before deciding how to develop it. The consultation is also a chance to discuss the session and aftercare information.

Before you book

How old do I need to be?
18, with a valid photo ID. No exceptions, even with a parent present.
Is my deposit refundable?
No, but it moves with you if you reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.
Does it hurt?
Some, yes. Ribs, feet and the back of the knee are the toughest spots. Most people find it easier than they expected.
Can you copy a tattoo I found online?
We will use it as reference, but we will not copy another artist's custom piece. We will draw you one of your own.

Bring the reference that started it.
