Most pets do not enjoy the vet, and plenty of owners do not either. So we slowed things down: longer appointments, treats on the table, cats kept away from the barking and nothing rushed.
We are an independent clinic, so we decide how we practice. That means honest advice about what your pet needs now and what can wait.
New clients ask
- Are you taking new patients?
- Yes. Call with your pet's previous records, or have your old vet email them, and we will book a first exam.
- What if it is an emergency after hours?
- Our phone message gives the number of the nearest 24-hour emergency hospital. We follow up with them the next morning.
- Do you see rabbits and other small pets?
- Yes: rabbits, guinea pigs and ferrets. For birds and reptiles, we will point you to a specialist nearby.
- Can I spread the cost of treatment?
- For larger bills we can split payments over a few months. Ask at the desk before treatment and we will set it up.
