Our pace

The useful starting point is today.

Some days you want to move. Some days you want a gentler pace. The class descriptions are there to help you choose without needing to fit a particular idea of a yoga person.

You can ask about the format, equipment and access before joining. There is no promise that one class will change how you feel; the invitation is to explore a practice that fits.

  3. 3

Before you visit

Do I need experience?
Foundations is the suggested starting point. Ask about the format if you are new or returning after a break.
Do I need my own mat?
Ask about loan mats and props when booking; availability is confirmed for your class.
What should I wear?
Choose comfortable clothing that lets you move. Ask about footwear and room details in the joining notes.
