The practice
No need to rush into the room.
An appointment or class begins before the movement starts: with a clear time, an idea of the format and the chance to ask what you need to know.
Inner Room keeps the programme small and the descriptions specific. If you have a health condition or injury, ask about suitability and seek appropriate professional guidance before joining.
How it works
Make room to arrive
- 1
Read the rhythm
Choose a movement class, a quieter format or an introduction.
- 2
Discuss the practicalities
Confirm props, access, pricing and any questions about suitability.
- 3
Leave room to arrive
Allow a few minutes to settle into the space before the start.
Before you visit
- Are props provided?
- Ask about the equipment for your chosen class and anything you need to bring.
- Can I join with an injury?
- Discuss suitability before booking and follow appropriate clinical advice; the class is not medical treatment.
- Is experience required?
- Tell us where you are starting from so the format and expected pace can be explained.
Ask about the next class
Tell us which rhythm interests you and what would help you feel prepared for a first visit.
