Classes

Find the class that fits today

Every class is 60 minutes unless noted, and teachers offer an easier and a harder version of each pose.

  • Foundations

A slower class for beginners and anyone coming back after a break. We break down the basic poses and how to use props.

  • Slow Flow

Gentle movement linked with breath. A good mid-week reset for tight hips and shoulders.

  • Vinyasa

A steady, sweaty flow with standing poses and balances, then a long rest at the end.

  • Yin & Restore

75 minutes of long, supported holds on bolsters and blankets. Very little effort, a lot of release.

  • Mat Pilates

Core strength, posture and control on the mat, with small props. Expect to feel it the next day.

  • Prenatal

Steady, supportive yoga for every trimester, with time to rest and talk. Check with your midwife or doctor first.

Questions from new students

I'm not flexible. Can I still come?

Yes. That is why most people start. Flexibility comes from practice, not before it.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle. We have mats, props and a few spare towels.

How much is a class after the intro offer?

A drop-in class is $22, a ten-class pass is $180, and an unlimited monthly membership is $129.

Can I come if I have an injury?

Usually, yes. Tell your teacher before class and they will suggest changes. If you are recovering from surgery, check with your doctor first.
