How it works

Build a workable starting point

  1. 1

    Describe your starting point

Share your training experience, goals and the time you can realistically commit.

  2. 2

    Choose a format

Discuss group or individual support, session times and costs.

  3. 3

    Review as you go

Talk about the programme and make changes when the agreed review is due.

The coaching approach

A plan should fit a real week.

Training has to sit alongside work, family and the rest of your life. We start by discussing the days you can make, what you have tried and what you want to learn.

There are no transformation promises here. The focus is a clear programme, an explanation of the work and an appropriate way to review it.

Before you visit

Do I need gym experience?

The introduction series is designed as a starting point. Ask about equipment and the expected pace.

What if I have an injury?

Discuss suitability before booking and follow appropriate medical guidance. Coaching does not replace clinical care.

Are memberships required?

Ask for the current session and programme options; the commitment and cancellation terms are explained before payment.

Start with a training conversation
